Ground conditions around the country have eased somewhat over the past few days with seven Irish meetings scheduled to take place from next Tuesday until Friday.

Roscommon races on Tuesday on the same day that Tipperary begins a three-day meeting. Bellewstown begins its own three-day July festival on Thursday with Naas also set to race on Saturday.

Following 5mm of rain, Roscommon’s going description is currently good to yielding, good in places. A dry day is forecast at the course today with the possibility of 8-9mm of rain tomorrow and temperatures up to 23 degrees today and 19 degrees thereafter.

Following 6mm of rain since entries, Tipperary remains good to yielding, with the national hunt course being watered. On the Flat course, it is good, good to firm in places with selective watering taking place. Their forecast is for mainly dry weather with the possibility of passing showers (2-3mm approximately).
