Paddy Power Gold Cup news Long Run, Poquelin and Tranquil Sea are among the 53 entries for the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham on November 13. The former was one of last season's leading novice chasers and is set to start his second British season off at Prestbury Park. Tranquil Sea and Poquelin finished first and second in last year's renewal and the latter is one of six entries for trainer Paul Nichols with the others including the high-class Noland. Nicky Henderson, trainer of Long Run, has seven other entries with Riverside Theatre, Mad Max and Duc De Regniere among them. Also of note is the David Pipe-trained Great Endeavour, who landed the Grade Three Byrne Group Plate at The Cheltenham Festival from the Jonjo O'Neill-trained Sunnyhillboy, who is also engaged.
