Percy back hurdling in the Galmoy Presenting Percy makes the switch from chasing when he runs in the Galmoy Hurdle at Gowran on Thursday. The Cheltenham Festival-winning seven-year-old has won two out of three races over fences and was most impressive at Fairyhouse last time. But trainer Pat Kelly has now decided to revert to hurdling for this Grade Two over three miles. Presenting Percy, who won the Pertemps at the Festival last March, will once again be ridden by Davy Russell. Kelly's inmate faces seven rivals in the Galmoy, including the Willie Mullins-trained trio of Bacardys, Augusta Kate and Let's Dance, who looked the part in a Grade Three at Leopardstown over Christmas. Alpha Des Obeaux also goes back hurdling for the Mouse Morris team, while Diamond Cauchois and Lieutenant Colonel represent Gordon Elliott. Admiral Brian completes the line-up for Eamonn O'Connell.
