Perfect chasing start from More More Of That made a successful start over fences in the Steel Plate And Sections Novices' Chase at Cheltenham. The 2014 Ladbrokes World Hurdle hero was having his first race since a wind problem was discovered after he flopped at Newbury nearly 12 months ago. Held up for most of the journey by Barry Geraghty as As De Mee, Ballyalton and Double Shuffle shared pacemaking duties, the 15/8 favourite was only produced in the straight. Brought wide to make his bid, the Jonjo O'Neill-trained seven-year-old jumped the final fence alongside As De Mee and galloped on strongly up the hill to win by two and a half lengths. Geraghty said: "He jumped nicely up the straight and he'd schooled really well. "He was good, he came on the bridle turning in and jumped the last well. "He's a class horse." Geraghty went on: "He should come on nicely for it. On the whole, he jumped well. You'd have to be happy with it. "I'll have to speak to Jonjo and JP (McManus), but I imagine that (RSA Chase) would be the route." O'Neill said: "That was the perfect start. He jumped well and travelled well, and did everything we wanted him to. Hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here. We'll just see where we go now. "He's a nice horse, and it's lovely to see what he has just done. He's been doing everything right at home, but it's nice to see him do it on the track. The wind operation seems to have worked. He does nothing extravagant, he just does everything economically. "He was a great horse over hurdles and hopefully he'll be even better over fences." McManus was pleased to see his horse back to winning ways. He said: "We'd have been disappointed had he not run well. He's been giving the right vibes, so we were hopeful of a good show. "Jonjo was quite confident he had him as well as he could for his first run. "I'm delighted after last season that he looks to have got over his issues and problems. He's hopefully one to look forward to "He'd been schooling well, but when you get to the racecourse it's always a bit different. "I think you have to be satisfied with the run. Barry said he gave a little heave, but for a horse having his first run I'm not surprised."
