Plans made for Ballydoyle pair The Lion In Winter & Causeway Shaftesbury Avenue was a winner for Aidan O'Brien at Navan yesterday and Ballydoyle representative Chris Armstrong was on hand to give an update on a couple of other stable inmates. Regarding The Lion In Winter, a Group 3 winner at two and runner-up in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot in October before finishing third in the Breeders' Cup Mile at Del Mar, Armstrong reported "I think he will have one run before the Lockinge in Newbury (May 16th).  "He's in the Alleged (Curragh, April 19th) as an option, but will probably go to Leopardstown for the Heritage Stakes (April 15th) and then on to the Lockinge.  "Obviously, they were all away at the Curragh on Sunday and had an easy morning today. We'll see how theyall are over the next couple of days."    Causeway went up to a mark of 100 after winning the Madrid Handicap over seven furlongs at Naas earlier this month and Armstrong commented "He'll appreciate going further. We'll just take him up in trip gradually.  "He won the Madrid and has the makings of a nice horse in the middle of the season.  "He could go back to Naas for the Blackwater Handicap (April 25th), just a little step, or the Tetrarch Stakes at the Curragh which is a week later. Those are the two races in mind for him." Both of the aforementioned options are over a mile.  Additional reporting by Michael Graham
