Power rides first winner ´down under´ Robert Power overcame an early scare to secure his first winner in Australia when partnering Noah Yarn to an eight-length victory in the Carlton Draught Steeple Chase at Morphettville.Power briefly lost his irons, on the 5/2 chance, leaving the stalls but soon recovered them and the pair kicked clear in the straight for an easy win over Aucash For All and local rider Grant Young.The Australians hit back in the “Over The Rainbow” Hurdle when Craig Durden scored on Merlos. The Irish team leads on 44 points, to the Australian’s 28, in the Ireland vs Australia Jumps Challenge.
