Rewilding wins Sheema Classic Rewilding (2-1 fav) won the Dubai Sheema Classic to continue a fantastic evening for Godolphin. Frankie Dettori, riding his second winner of the evening, played a waiting game for most of the race but he made a move around the outside of the field turning for home and his mount quickened up well to score relatively easily. Redwood (8-1) was second for Barry Hills and jockey son Michael, whilst Calvados Blues (20-1), a stablemate of the winner, ran on well for third having caused some interference in the race to the line. Laaheb raced prominently for a long way but had to settle for fourth, whilst he was followed home by Chinchon and Deem who were involved in the scrummaging in the final furlong.
