Slight change in hurdle track going at Gowran

There has been a slight change of desription for the going on the hurdle track ahead of today's Thyestes meeting at Gowran Park.

It is now soft, yielding in places on the hurdle course while the chase course remains soft.

Action gets underway at 1.00pm with the feature event going to post at 3.05pm.

The ground at Fairyhouse is good to yielding, yielding in places ahead of Saturday. It is set to be mainly dry with light showers.

Following 4mm of rain overnight Limerick is yielding to soft, soft in places ahead of their card next Tuesday.

It's an unsettled forecast in the area with scattered showers.
