Soft ground at Leopardstown

The latest update on the ground at Leopardstown was issued at 10am this morning ahead of the Dublin Racing Festival on Saturday and Sunday.

Following 34mm of rain over the weekend, the going on the chase track is soft, yielding in places and on the hurdle/bumper track it’s a little more testing being described as soft, soft to heavy in places.

The forecast is for rain moving in overnight and clearing tomorrow, and then an unsettled outlook for the remainder of the week.
