The weather has played havoc with jump racing in Britain over the past week but today's three National Hunt meetings at Sandown, Wetherby and Ffos Las all go ahead following early morning inspections.

Sandown have put on an all chase card after their hurdle track was deemed untraceable, and the feature is the Grade 1 Scilly Isles Novices' Chase where Oscar Whisky faces just two rivals.

Clerk of the course Andrew Cooper told Channel 4's The Morning Line, "We had 17 millimetres (of rain) up to about 3am. Everyone who has been out here this morning haven't given it the thumbs-down. The problem area has been between the second-last and the last fence, but it's safe and we're happy to give it a go."

Novice chasers also take centre-stage at Wetherby in the Grade 2 Towton Novices' Chase, while Saphir Du Rheu carries top-weight in the Welsh Champion Hurdle at Ffos Las.
