Treacy recovering from nasty fall Ryan Treacy is recovering from the serious fall at Ballinrobe last week which left him with a broken bone just below a shoulder. The young Northern Irish conditional came down from Inchivara at the first flight of the maiden hurdle last Tuesday and had to be treated at the Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar. "He got out of hospital on Saturday and he's doing great, he just needs to rest for a wee while," said his mother, Oonagh. "He broke a bone at the top of the rib, just below the shoulder, but the first thing he asked was, 'When can I ride again?'. "He'll obviously have to see the Turf Club officials and be checked out because of the concussion. We're all very relieved."
