Vibrato on course for Creek Connections of Vibrato Valtat are in a bullish mood ahead of the Tingle Creek at Sandown next month. Paul Nicholls' chaser stamped his class on the Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter on his return to action this season. A Grade One winner as a novice, he now needs to bridge the gap in open company. "Vibrato Valtat will come on a good bit for Exeter and he's all set for the Tingle Creek," said Dan Downie, representing his owners, Axom. "We didn't even enter him for the Shloer Chase at Cheltenham. "We know he likes Sandown as he won the good novice race on the card last year and he handles any ground, which is a good thing. "There might be question marks about a few others going there, but we're happy enough. "This time last year people were calling him all sorts of names, but since his breathing op he's been a reformed character. "He stays further than two miles and that is what you need at the top level."
