Volatile Analyst one to note this weekend Ado McGuinness has given an update on his handicappers for Irish Champions Festival this weekend with a good word for recent-recruit Volatile Analyst. American-bred Volatile Analyst won six times in Britain and finished mid-division on his Irish debut at the Curragh last month. The trainer said: “I’m looking forward to Volatile Analyst in the Bold Lad (at the Curragh on Sunday). He’s a new horse to us, an ex-Keith Dalgleish, who ran well the last day." Migdam was a three-time winner in Britain for Sir Michael Stoute and McGuinness said: “Migdam is another new horse for us this year and I was happy with him in Naas (never nearer seventh). He’ll run in the mile and two (Northfields Handicap at the Curragh). He added: “Saltonstall won’t run (in the Northfields Handicap) if it stays very quick. He’s been a great servant so I’ll take my time with him. “Current Option and Hodd’s Girl are in the Sovereign Path (at Leopardstown on Saturday) and hopefully they’ll run well.
