Walsh poised for Bally ride Willie Mullins has confirmed that Ruby Walsh is likely to ride Ballycasey in the Crabbie's Grand National at Aintree on April 11. With the County Carlow handler having whittled his National squad down to just one possible runner, Walsh is poised to get the leg-up aboard the Grade One winner, whose form has been wayward since the turn of the year. "I presume, all being well, that Ruby will ride," Mullins told the Guardian. "He loves that type of ground they usually get, he should go the trip and I think he's a better horse in the spring. "We think he's got a nice weight."
