Watering at Cork and Fairyhouse Selective watering continues at Fairyhouse ahead of the Irish National meeting which starts on Sunday. The ground is currently good, good to yielding in places and some showers are forecast. The hurdle course at Cork is being watered to maintain conditions, while selective watering of the chase course is also taking place. Present going is good to yielding (Round Flat), soft (Sprint), good (Hurdle) and good to yielding, good in places (Chase). There is a dry forecast in Mallow.
