FormscanBy Tom Weekes - It isn’t ideal that LADY PLIMSOLL makes a quick reappearance having raced on Tuesday but she finished a useful second then and competes from the same rating, with today’s rider claiming an extra 4lb. The selection finished third behind an easy winner at Galway last month, and was also behind Espritroyale then, but is now 6lb better off with that rival and is suited by this staying distance. That Galway race was Espritroyale’s first attempt at this distance and she should continue to progress. Another three-year-old Celestially finished second over course-and-distance last month while July course-winner Chicago Moon steps up in trip, with today’s rider now claiming 7lb.
