Formscan - Having posted a promising second on his seasonal/chase debut at Plumpton on Monday, compensation could be on the cards for HARD STARE. That was the six-year-old's best effort under Rules and he should take all the beating if coping with a quick turnaround. Ted The Thief was progressing nicely over fences during his last campaign and should put his experience to good use. Robert Walford's charge is feared most, ahead of Steal The Moves at the foot of the weights.
