FormscanBy Gary Carson - MEHMAN has won four times over sprint trips here but seven furlongs isn’t a problem either and he can strike again at the venue. He ran well over six here a fortnight ago, when third to the in-form Caffu Zafeen. He had been placed over seven and a mile earlier this year and may need a bit further at this stage of his career. Boston Max was a length behind the selection last time and could be a danger with Nina Doherty taking 10lb off his back. Send Harry ran well here on his penultimate outing but is 7lb higher now, which doesn’t make life any easier.

An extended handicap for three years old and upwards (70 = 10st)
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
