FormscanBy Stuart Howden - In what is an incredibly competitive Connacht Hotel QR Race, the vote goes to the Willie Mullins-trained TOO BOSSY FOR US (18). The HOS Syndicate-owned gelding has some quality form on the Flat in the UK and Ireland, and the vote is given to him to taste further success with jockey Jody Townend booked. He was sixth on his latest start at the Curragh, where he kept on, and from stall 12 he should be able to hold a good position early. The Joseph O'Brien-trained Lark In The Morning was a winner at Bellewstown on his latest start, and the son of Soldier Hollow is well experienced in handicap fields. The 2024 Cheltenham Festival winner can run well, with jockey Daire Davis taking a valuable 7lb off his back. Eagle Fang seldom runs a bad race, and he can be competitive for the Durkan team with top amateur Johnny Barry booked to ride.
