Although well held in maidens, the selection wasn’t beaten far behind prolific winner Meriden here in April and ran well under top-weight at Sligo. He has been raised 2lb but today’s rider claims 7lb and has a small edge over Rosato and Coincidental Glory on previous encounters. Naoi hit the net at Leopardstown but, indeed, is effectively 9lb higher in the weights today, as his same rider is unable to utilise his 5lb claim today. Identically, Rosato is also 4lb higher and with his rider’s 5lb claim having finished second over course-and-distance last week. Faoladh tries this trip for the first time.
