The selection was placed twice behind Mister Pessimistic in a bumper and a maiden hurdle before making all and just holding off Master Haku in a 16-runner Cork maiden. Dunleer Crystal showed much improved form when runner-up on better ground at Down Royal’s Christmas meeting and the third, Champagne Jury, has won since. Raise You Up is proven on heavy ground having won a Limerick maiden last time, while Mullaghgloss was far from disgraced in a valuable Limerick handicap.
