FormscanBy Mark Nunan - The new champion jockey can round off the season in style on THREAD OF GOLD (8). After back-to-back premier handicap victories, Willie Mullins’ progressive three-year-old was fifth in a very strong renewal of the Group 3 Kilternan Stakes at Leopardstown on Champion Stakes day. The handicapper raised him a further 3lb for that good effort and the Ghaiyyath gelding can make the most of this drop in grade. The Austrian has plenty to find at the weights, but is still learning on the job and can probably go a fair bit higher than his present mark of 95. Course and distance maiden winner Together Now has even more to find on the figures, but is another open to significant improvement. %0A
