FormscanBy Gary Carson - SAM'S CHOICE ran a big race in another of these auction maiden hurdles at Punchestown in late November and looks the one to beat on that form. The Kalanisi gelding went down by half a length to Freedom To Dream and that looks strong enough form with the winner going on to finish runner-up in Grade 2 company since. Stablemate Monkstreet has a mark of 118 and has to be respected having been placed on his last couple of outings. Glengouly went off a short enough price on his hurdling debut at Limerick but stumbled on landing and unshipped his rider five from home. He had shown ability in bumpers and with Jody Townend on board has to be a leading contender.%0A
