He initially showed some promise in a May 2023 point-to-point, finished second in a maiden hurdle last year and was touched off wearing a first-time tongue-tie at Clonmel a fortnight ago. Faceman, out of top racemare Solerina, debuts in handicaps on his first run since December. His initial form last autumn reads well in the context of this ordinary handicap and while beaten long distances on his two most recent hurdle attempts, now returns following a break. The Striker Dylan flopped on a recent Sligo reappearance but has proven form at this level and now wears first-time cheekpieces.
