FormscanBy Gary Carson - L'IMPERTINENT doesn't help himself by racing keenly but might be worth another shot here. He got tired last time at Wexford in very testing conditions when beaten favourite. That was actually a decent contest for the course though and the form got a boost last Thursday when the third home then, Upping The Anti, won at Clonmel. There are a few in here that have been knocking on the door. The Greek was probably going to be picked off by stable-mate Mighty Potter at Down Royal when falling two from home but it would have been another solid run from him and he's an obvious danger. Lucky Tenner is starting to prove expensive to follow but had a valid excuse for pulling up last time having been struck into. On the pick of his placed form he'd be a big player.
