Formscan - NOUVEAUTHAIX ALLEN (3) was a decent second on his latest start over this track and trip in early October in a Class 2 hurdle. With more progress expected he can score at the expense of L'ELEGANCE (6), who ran a credible race when fifth at Compiegne in a Class 1 hurdle in September on her latest outing. SAINT SAVIN (1) was third in a Grade 3 hurdle two runs back at this track, and a repeat of that could be enough to score. SPANISH BOY (2) makes up the shortlist.
