FormscanBy John O'Riordan - Just touched off here last week, DANCING STEVE(1) can go one better. Travelling well in behind the leaders, the Ado McGuinness-trained gelding kicked on early in the straight before being caught close home. Dropping back in trip should suit the five-year-old, who can register a first win on the all-weather. Runner-up here last month, Star Mind can make a bold bid to improve a place and is fairly handicapped on the best of her form. With trainer Sheila Lavery back among the winners of late, her representatives Connova and Suerte have to be of interest in a competitive finale.

An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 0-60
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
