Formscan  - DESTROYTHEEVIDENCE had progressed nicely over fences until running disappointingly at Cheltenham in December. Given time to recover from that effort, the seven-year-old is expected to leave that performance behind and take this en route to bigger targets in the spring. Deafening Silence and Hillcrest met at Haydock on their chasing bows in November and the former, who filled the runner-up spot at Windsor last month, is the bigger threat to the selection.
