Formscan By Alan Magee - DAKOTA BEAT has shown definite promise on both recent outings, and should relish this stamina test. The Gavin Cromwell-trained got to within a head of the odds-on Feux De Bois on debut at Roscommon, and was again taking on his own age group when keeping on well in third behind favourite Jazzaway at Sligo. He looks to be crying out for this longer trip. Scotsman’s Bay shaped well when staying on into third at Bellewstown last summer but hasn’t shown much since and is now fitted with a hood after a disappointing reappearance here last month. Let Her Flow showed much improved form when fourth to Mister Melia in that latter event, and Patrick Mullins is now an interesting booking. Memories Remain made an encouraging debut under rules at Bellewstown, and is preferred to point-to-point winner Presenting Ana.
