Previously a soft-ground performer on grass, he has taken well to this surface in two runs, won readily in October and is ideally suited to this distance. Dream Today was second in that October race and is 9lb better off but might struggle to turn placings while fourth-placed Ampeson has been busy and has place claims on recent form. Hodd's Girl is in-form and has an excellent all-weather record but competes from a career high mark and is closely matched with Ivasecret, who ran well on debut for new connections last month and likes all-weather surfaces. Rocky Dreams is a five-time course winner, landing four Claimers, but is held by Hodd's Girl and debuts for a new yard. Most of Benavente's form is over slightly further.
