FormscanBy Tom Weekes - Paul Townend returns from injury on high class novice hurdler BLUE LORD who is a notable chase recruit. He was just below top class as a novice hurdler last year and while the presence of a first-time tongue-tie today is interesting, Townend's booking is an obvious positive and he will be well schooled. Cayd Boy was himself a mid 140s rated hurdler who has previous chase experience. He was beaten at Wexford in October but has a race-fitness edge now and should also progress from that chase debut run. El Barra took a while to win over hurdles but ended up winning at the Punchestown festival in April. He is another capable type but being rated 135 over hurdles, has a little to find. Razzle Dazzle Love also has recent chase experience and has some place claims.
