Clonmel Thu, 17th Apr, 2025  Fad Eadrainn His jumping wasn't his best today, probably because it was a stop-start race. He’s normally a very good jumper, and I think a truly-run race would suit him better.

Tramore Mon, 14th Apr, 2025  Must Meet Cecil That was grand, it's nice to get him back. He's been off a while with an injury and we've given him plenty of time. He did it well and think he'll come on from it, hopefully he'll improve a bit. That's his third claiming hurdle win and if we hang on to him, it would be great. Hopefully, he'll be okay tomorrow after this.

Tramore Wed, 1st Jan, 2025  Rochestown That was great, he was the form horse in the race and you just need a bit of luck then. The rain came and just made the ground free. Cal Shine would have been riding him only for he is suspended today. Cal comes in to ride out at home. I got Josh then as he is great value for the 7lb and he gave him a great ride. He jumped brilliant and we might go back over fences with him now. We'll enjoy today first anyway.

Limerick Fri, 27th Dec, 2024  Meet And Greet He was off for a long time with injury and we gave him a run in Punchestown but I came here today thinking he’d need another run. I was wrong and Phillip gave him a great ride. Phillip said beforehand that he would finish strong but we were wondering what pace would be in the race. They went quick enough and it was a good performance. If he stays sound is the big thing. He’s a gent of a horse and we love him. I’m delighted with that.

Fairyhouse Sun, 1st Dec, 2024  History Of Fashion I bought him off James Whelan and I named him History Of Fashion because his relation, Height O'Fashion, was second to Arkle here: it's all a big story but it came right today. It's a great syndicate from Limerick and Clare, headed by Stephen Murphy. I'm very lucky with the very few owners I have: only for them there wouldn't be days like this. If you have a few owners it's amazing what you can do. They'll get some kick out of it. As long as we're buying horses we'll have days like this again.
