FormscanBy Tom Weekes - HAZARIBAN has been running over staying distances over hurdles recently but today's trip should be to his liking and ground is also in his favour. He looks fairly well handicapped and looks capable of winning from this type of mark, given he finished third when last tried in a Flat handicap. Beau Michael is a 15 time winner and is versatile ground-wise. His mark has fallen to a winning level again and he should be considered. Light Storm Cass has her first start for a new yard and while she has a good 7lbs claimer on board, has never raced on soft ground. Feile Bride looks the type to pick up a handicap at some stage and while well beaten on her handicap debut, has dropped 5lbs since and steps up considerably in trip. Ningbo Express has her first Flat start for Gordon Elliott but looks best watched with her best form on fast ground. He's Our Man has top weight and might also want slightly better ground.
An extended handicap for four yrs old and upwards (70 = 10st)Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra for each race won Any horse rated above 70 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 10st. Subsequently, the excess over 70 in any rating shall be added to the weight allotted to that horse.
