Formscan - Although well beaten in a Grade 2 Aintree bumper last time, CRACKERJACQUE may have found the ground too lively. The five-year-old had previously landed a class 2 contest at Sandown in ready fashion and he looks just the sort to excel over hurdles. Sam Thomas couldn't have his string in better heart and market support for stable/hurdling debutant Alfa Charlie would be interesting, while French recruit Just Forty cannot be ruled out either.
