Formscan By Tom Weekes - THUNDER AND ROSES is progressing well and has sound claims on his hurdle debut. He has already finished second in a point to point but took some time to get his act together in bumpers, winning well at Naas latest. He gets 9lbs (including his rider's claim) from Tennis Cap, who was beaten favourite on each of his last four starts, However, he has yet to race beyond two miles, and cannot be dismissed racing over this trip for the first time. That said, he seemed to regress towards the end of last season. Nothing else catches the eye but Vincent Row has at least shown bits of ability in bumpers.
