The Joseph O'Brien-trained gelding made much of the running on that occasion before ultimately being outstayed close home. Dropping back slightly in trip looks a wise move now, while the booking of leading amateur John Gleeson also catches the eye. He was on board the winner of that aforementioned Listowel race. Weston is a capable rival who is certain to put it up to the selection. Trainer Harry Rogers does well at this track and the six-year-old is a smart horse on his day. Recent Leopardstown third Arch Empire won't be far away if coping with the shorter trip.
