A full-brother to Rathlin, an eight time track winner in these colours, Grotesque began like that fellow, with a Tinahely point-to-point success. That was in March 2015 but the selection only began jumping racecourse fences at Down Royal on St Stephen's Day. Grotesque is back to two miles now after a second placing then over two and a half behind Getaway Kid. At Your Ease is interesting beginning over the larger obstacles whilst Biddy The Boss was behind Grotesque at Down Royal.
