Formscan  - It is hard to look beyond EL PASO WOOD, who hasn't been for passing off the front at Uttoxeter and Stratford the last twice. The eight-year-old is still 5lb below his career-high mark off which he ran fifth in the Midlands National in March, and he should have too much for Soldier Of Love, who will enjoy conditions and must be of interest on his first start for new connections. Little Bruce returned from a long absence to run well at Uttoxeter in July and is another to note.
