FormscanBy Michael Graham - NISIOR DONN made headway for third on unsuitably slow ground at Gowran Park and catches the eye back on Polytrack. The five-year-old mare won on her last visit to Dundalk in February and in fact both of her career victories have come over course and distance. She couldn't be returning in much better heart with form figures of 1251 from her last four appearances on the sand. She has climbed the handicap but that performance in Gowran shows she can handle a higher mark. Silk Cravat is a threat. In his last race, he finished fifth of 20 in a sprint handicap at Naas on Saturday. Before that, he only lost out by a neck over six furlongs here. Nisior Donn did beat him into fifth over seven furlongs in February, though. Fivehundredmiles enters the fray on the back of two solid third places under Gavin Ryan. He appears set for more prize money.
