Formscan - Although ETALON wasn't quite at his best when fourth at Kempton in February, his previous efforts at Ascot suggest that a race of this nature is within his compass. A 1lb ease in the ratings can only help Dan Skelton's charge and he edges the vote over last year's winner Light N Strike. Mickey Bowen's string are starting to fire and a return to form from his veteran wouldn't be a surprise. Western General is also noted.
