I didn’t really give Harry any instructions, only to ride her the way Danny (son) rode her the last day (held up),. He jumped out and made all, I hadn’t any solid plan. He decided to do that and she won well. He said she was lucky at the second-last bend, that she was right down on her head. She took a long time. She was always showing that at home, but it took an age to get her strong enough. She’s very straightforward and very honest and would love ground even faster than that. We’re thinking of the mares' hurdle at Galway. We’ll see what she gets and if she has any chance of getting into the Galway Hurdle. I have my eye on America as well. Danny would know more about America than me. It’s a while since I’ve been there, back in Christopher Columbus’s time!

That’s fantastic. Tadhg Moynihan is a really good owner. He’s a Wicklow man,. I gave him this lad last year and he’s won two for him now, so I’m delighted. He has another mare in training that might go to Listowel. It’s great to get another winner for Tadhg, he’s a great guy. Some of his family are here this evening representing him because he has a pub in England and also in Madeira, so he’d be caught over there. The race suited him, two-two and dropped in a bit. Tiernan was very good on him.

Back-to-back wins for Knocknagoran Lady

She won very well last week and she came out of the race great,. There was nothing coming up, so we gave her an entry. She was very well all week and never told us not to run. It was a different track but she did it well. Dan knows her well and you just have to leg him up. I’ll probably give her a week off after that. I haven’t really looked ahead to be honest.
