The Stewards enquired into an incident closing stages involving Lady Maesmor (GB), ridden by G.P. Brouder, unplaced, Oor Jock, ridden by R. Coakley, placed second and Times In Anatefka, ridden by Gary Paul Halpin, placed fourth, where it appeared Lady Maesmor (GB) ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action.
An extended handicap for four yrs old and upwards rated 47-65 Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra; for each race won.
