Flat Race or a National Hunt flat race 4lb extra; Of two such races 7lb extra Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 17th February) may also ride in this race.
