We have lowered our sights with him and finally got a win under our belts,. Next year should be a nice year to look forward to as he has a lot of potential and he will probably go over fences next season. He is a six years of age and there was no point waiting until next year to stay novice hurdling. There's only so long that horses are at the peak of their powers and hopefully he can progress into being a nice novice chaser. He had two good runs at Leopardstown when the ground wasn't in his favour and he is better on soft ground. We'll find a novice hurdle at Punchestown next and then he'll go to the field for the summer.
