Permission was given for Young Tiger (GB) and Gullane One (IRE) to go early to post and for Dragon Beat (IRE) to be mounted in the chute and to go early to post.
Inside the final furlong, there was interference between Gullane One (IRE), placed eighth, and Ebitda (GB), placed seventh, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was not possible to apportion blame.
Following the race, Adam Kirby reported that Dragon Beat (IRE), unplaced, slipped leaving the stalls and Joe Fanning reported that Young Tiger (GB), placed fourth, was denied a clear run approaching the final furlong.
