uk PRICE BOOSTS HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 5) Permission was given for Shafi (IRE) and Warning Symbol (IRE) to wear a red hood to post and for White Deer (IRE) to be mounted on the chute.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the six furlong marker involving Warning Symbol (IRE), which was pulled up, ridden by Oisin Murphy, the winner, Just A Gambler (IRE), ridden by Callum Shepherd and White Deer (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Marco Ghiani.
The interference was found to be accidental and was caused by Warning Symbol (IRE) shifting marginally left-handed taking Just A Gambler (IRE) slightly off its intended line, resulting in Ghiani taking a precautionary check aboard White Deer (IRE).
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Warning Symbol (IRE), which was pulled up, had finished lame.
