He's a fine big horse and will make a nice chaser eventually,. He'll go for a winners' of one now and is better on that better ground. He had a wind op before Navan and that run got his confidence back. He was a different horse today.

You couldn't say he had a chance after he ran so badly at Thurles last time but the ground was awful cut up then,. We always thought he would be better on better ground and the ground probably made all the difference. I just hope he's not a one hit wonder!

Comfortable for Walsh on Warrior

He always told us he was a good horse but he tends to race keenly and was very free at Navan last time,. I'm not sure if he'll run again over hurdles this season but he'll make a proper novice chaser for next season. Ruby liked him a lot. I said to him that I was surprised when he lined him up at the back but he said to me 'I'll ride them - let O'Leary fly them!'.

Roberts shines on Ecko

He did it very well. I've no complaints about the jockey, he got on great with him and the horse jumped very well,. He might go to Fairyhouse and Punchestown but wouldn't run on good to firm ground. He needs a cut. Chasing is his game long term.
