Hand In My Pocket her point-to-point form was very good and she was probably unlucky in her point-to-point. She was probably unlucky in a bumper at Musselburgh as she led everywhere bar the post. If Daryl (Jacob, jockey) had known her she probably would have won and the winner came out and won a winners bumper in England. She's not flashy at home but she saves it all for the track and she was good there. I know it was a summer bumper but she was good. The second, third and fourth were all the ones that you'd want to be there, so the form is there. I don't know what we'll do now. She jumps very well so will probably go hurdling. It's great to get that win anyway.

Stanhope It's great to win for the guys involved in him (Galaxy Horse Racing Syndicate). They backed me by giving me a horse and they are a good bunch to train for, they just let you at it, and they are very professionally run. The horse has had his issues in the past but in fairness when I got him he was in good nick and he's been very straight-forward. He had a very good run in the Rockingham, and he was possibly unlucky in it. We thought coming here he'd have a good chance but 10st 2lb was a big weight to carry. He's in here next week but we'll enjoy this and then we'll see whether he runs next week. He'll have to run in something half decent again.

Ally Cay I’m delighted for the owner who gave her to me to have a go with. I’ve had her about eight or ten weeks, not long enough to ruin her, and she’s been absolutely straightforward for us. She’d worked well and my only doubt was whether she would do on the track as she does at home. It probably wasn’t the greatest of races but a win is a win. She can jump hurdles as well.
