Permission was given for Urban Decay (GB) and Avon Light (GB) to both wear a red hood to post, and for Pop The Champagne (FR) to go early to post and to be mounted in the chute.
The raceday privilege request in relation to Pop The Champagne, trained by David Killahena and Graeme McPherson was late being submitted.
Killahena and McPherson were warned as to their responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
Following the race, Luke Morris reported that Lightning Spark (GB), unplaced, reared as the stalls opened.
Jack Mitchell reported that the bit slipped through the mouth of Classic Times (GB), placed third.
