Rounding the home turn, Laazm (IRE), placed second, lugged quickly left-handed causing Senor Campanaro (IRE), placed fourth, to become briefly crowded for room and be subsequently eased momentarily, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Laazm (IRE).
